If they werent bay stocking high cost repairsdrop ins first and techs were a problem then notify the customer by phone by 830 at the latest and save time and the drive Jeremy was great. Id say it pays to be patient and polite and keep your dealer onside because they are the people who can apply maximum leverage on BMW UK.
